Gov't to prevent illegal receipt of benefits for children on extended stays overseas

South Korea on Friday will set up a real-time monitoring system of temporary passports issued to children born overseas, to prevent their parents from illegally receiving related benefits while the children are outside the country. The Ministry of Health and Welfare said Thursday the system will be
